Ok Nice site this Strange but nice

There is a field for if you want grass 15 pegs in total

Or you can camp outside the hedge of the field if you want hardstanding.

The hardstanding is also the car park for the fishing lakes.

 

There is a Toilet, shower and electric hook up's (not sure of the amps we didn't trip them at all) or you can get your battery charged if you want

 

There is a snooker room and there is a clubhouse/shop

With three lakes and in excess of 100 pegs in total, the fishery caters for anglers of all abilities and offers superb sport in a delightful rural setting.

The three fishery lakes, Moby, Gil's and Trotters, are stuffed with a variety of species, but carp are the fish the fishery complex has become most famous for. 100lb plus bags are commonplace throughout the year

 

But on this visit no tackle even though I knew there was fishing as you see it is the closest site to that "wonderful" place called Stoney Cove

 

For the uninitiated Stoney Cove is a Granite quarry full of water and every day loads of nuts like us descend upon Stoney to go scuba diving. It costs each person £15 a day to dive there or £10 with Diverlog, and who knows what else in its famous bacon butties.
