Lakeside
Campsite Review
A relatively new site with two distinct areas.
Only adults can use the lake side pitches and children are not allowed to play there. This area is served by a Porta loo block.
The second area is built around a play area and has a new toilet and shower block. There is an on site cafe and the village shop is in easy walking distance.
Wardens and owners are resident on site.
Woodland walks are available.
Fishing
Small pond contains carp to 24lb roach, Tench, Rudd, Chub, Perch and Crucians.
The big pond contains Perch to 4lb, Chub to 6lb, Bream to 7lb, Roach to 2lb and Pike to 15lb.
A new 31/2 acre match lake has been created and provides prolific fishing with Barbel, Chub, Carp, Crucians, Tench and Roach.
Fishing is 7am till dusk resident campers from 6am in summer months.
Day tickets £5 £2 per extra rod, £3.50 under 15 and £1 per extra rod
